Meeting the demands of our educational and workforce environments are critical for today’s young people.  The acquisition of knowledge and skills necessary to successfully compete globally has never been more important. Because of this urgency, Forward in the Fifth invites you to attend a statewide College & Career Readiness Summit: Strategies for Student Success on Friday, September 11, 2015 at The Center for Rural Development in Somerset, Kentucky.

EILA Hours Available At The Conclusion Of The Summit

 Highlights of the Summit will include:

• A dynamic keynote presentation from Dr. Bill Symonds, Director of the Global Pathways Institute at Arizona State University; Director of the Pathways to Prosperity Project at Harvard University and former Senior Correspondent and Business Chief for Business Week Magazine
• More than 10 concurrent sessions addressing successful practices of advancing college and career readiness in schools, the workforce and communities across the Commonwealth
